Responsibilities
- Develop new practices and structures to scale release management and stabilization processes, while managing a sub-team of release managers.
- Own the scheduling, coordination, quality control, and external certification process across multiple platforms and products.
- Act as the liaison between multiple development, publishing, and external party teams to coordinate plans, exceptions, and releases.
- Partner with QA, Build Engineers, and Lead Programmers to monitor automated build processes and facilitate the resolution of build failures.
- Establish and maintain the bug triage process, prioritize must-fix issues, and coordinate internal and external release notes.
