Responsibilities

• Lead the data science organization focused on patient acquisition, conversion, retention, and outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to enhance the patient journey, defining success metrics and diagnosing trade-offs for product changes.
• Own the analytics strategy for consumer acquisition and performance marketing, evaluating channel effectiveness and improving budget allocation with Growth Marketing and Finance.
• Establish a rigorous experimentation culture across marketing and product, fostering fast iteration and decision-oriented readouts.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data scientists and managers, recruiting world-class talent and scaling the organization.
