• Develop and refine the automation strategy, focusing on sourcing, vetting, and prioritizing new automations.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot RPA workflows on the Rewst platform, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Design and implement API integrations with MSP platforms such as ITGlue, Connectwise, Acronis, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Maintain and update existing RPA workflows and API integrations, adapting to new API versions.
• Monitor the health and success of automated workflows, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
