Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical direction of the cloud platform, establishing standards across infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, and data systems.
• Design and own foundational platform services, including shared runtimes, service frameworks, and data infrastructure, while architecting and operating Kubernetes-based environments.
• Lead development of CI/CD systems, establish SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, incident response), and define observability standards across logging, metrics, and tracing.
• Build self-service tooling and paved paths for deploying and operating services, partnering with other engineering teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Maintain strong security practices across infrastructure and systems, and troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems, networking, and services.
