Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical leader of an engineering pod of ~5 individual contributors, dividing time between coding, architecture design, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with Product Management and UX design to break down user stories into technical tickets and ensure feature feasibility.
- Work with other tech leads and the Head of Applications on the technical roadmap, standards, best practices, and tech debt prioritization.
- Partner with Customer Support and Product to triage, understand, and react to customer feedback and bugs.
- Provide technical coaching and management to more junior engineers within the development pod.
