Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operational IT requests and provide white-glove support for executives, engineers, and non-technical people.
- Define and implement systems and processes to improve IT function efficiency.
- Act as the on-prem IT lead at the New York headquarters and facilitate onboarding for new employees.
- Assist with the design and deployment of IT systems such as MDM, SSO, and ticketing systems.
- Support IT Security initiatives and manage SaaS platforms and spend.
