- Own and drive roadmaps while coordinating the success of technical programs for AppleCare.
- Drive the fraud-detection mission by advancing machine learning models and rule-based engines that detect and block fraudulent claims.
- Support operations initiatives to make AppleCare's operations more efficient, improve customer service, and reduce costs.
- Partner closely with machine learning engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to deliver high-impact solutions.
