Senior Staff Hardware Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take command of the system architecture for next-generation products, driving technical feasibility, system specification, validation, certification, and production.
• Partner directly with Product Management and customers to innovate new products and features that solve real-world problems.
• Drive and manage technical partnerships with Joint Development Manufacturing (JDM) partners, ensuring alignment, quality, and execution to schedule and cost goals.
• Own the EE architecture, including chipset/SoC selection, power budgets, RF/Antenna performance, thermals, sensor integration, and robust PCB design.
• Spearhead the development process from initial prototyping through rigorous validation and field testing, acting as the technical authority for system-level debug and bring-up.
