Responsibilities

• Perform backend development using various languages and frameworks including Python/Django, Kotlin/JVM, Go, SQL, GraphQL, Redis, Postgres, and Kafka on AWS.
• Mentor a team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of Nextdoor.
• Collaborate with product management, data science, and design to ensure the development of impactful features for neighbors.
• Work with engineers across multiple locations.
• Participate in in-person Nextdoor events and contribute to company culture.
