Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to Postman customers, guiding their API strategies and identifying value opportunities for Postman products.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to provide technical guidance during pre-sales, onboarding, and ongoing support.
- Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations, demos, and workshops to demonstrate the value of Postman's solutions.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements, acting as the voice of the customer.
- Represent Postman at industry conferences, webinars, and other events to share knowledge and build brand awareness.
