Controllership AI & Automation Transformation Lead

Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Define the AI transformation roadmap for Controllership and identify high-value automation/AI opportunities.
• Lead projects end-to-end, partnering with Accounting, IT/Engineering, and Internal Audit to deliver solutions using automation, analytics, and AI/LLM-enabled tooling.
• Build and validate analytics (e.g., SQL-based checks, reconciliation logic, KPI dashboards) to ensure outputs are accurate, explainable, and auditable.
• Present transformation outcomes to leadership and executive stakeholders, and drive project execution.
• Serve as internal advisor on AI governance and adoption, creating documentation and supporting change management for SOX/audit readiness.
