• Collaborate and prepare standardized downstream work product for cross-functional partners like Legal, Safety Intelligence, and Law Enforcement
• Track recurring patterns and escalation trends to translate findings into safety policy and product recommendations
• Mentor other investigators and contribute to improving team standards, playbooks, and processes
