- Own the electrical technical execution roadmap and definition of deliverables for the product.
- Lead the electrical technical development team through technical execution, resource planning, and setting product milestones.
- Balance electrical technical and schedule risks to enable rapid development and track performance metrics.
- Manage product cost estimation and execution by setting high-level material and labor budgets in partnership with finance.
