Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and retain engineers across IT Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, Internal Applications, and Automations and Integrations.
• Set clear goals and OKRs, establish healthy team rhythms, and create an environment where engineers are focused, unblocked, and delivering high-quality outcomes consistently.
• Work closely with Security, Risk and Trust, Product Engineering, and Business Operations to understand needs, prioritize effectively, and align technical investments to company goals.
• Define and communicate a clear technical vision across your teams, promoting best practices in reliability, security, scalability, and code quality.
• Provide meaningful coaching and feedback, conduct regular 1:1s, and create clear paths for career growth and advancement within your teams.
