Responsibilities

Spearhead new feature development for Mapbox customers’ account management needs (sign up, sign in, security and token management).
Collaborate closely with Billing, Security, Platform, and other internal teams and Mapbox customers to understand authentication infrastructure needs.
Design future-proof systems and make decisions that will keep pace with Mapbox's rapid growth.
Promote operational excellence through meticulous testing, monitoring, documentation, and on-call support for service health.
Document work and decision-making processes, leading presentations and discussions in an easily understandable way.
