- Set technical strategy for backend platforms powering incentives and growth initiatives on a year-long time scale.
- Collaborate with product management, analytics, and partner teams to shape technical direction for incentive systems.
- Define platform abstractions, APIs, and architectural patterns to enable product teams to safely launch and experiment with incentive-based experiences.
- Ensure robust monitoring, alerting, playbooks, and on-call practices for business-critical incentive and growth systems.
- Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting clear design and code review standards and advocating for them beyond your immediate team.
