Responsibilities

• Own the agentic development environment, ensuring agents can operate in independent cloud-based development environments, execute full test suites, and examine build results.
• Build tooling integrations, including MCP server integrations, that connect AI agents to essential systems like CircleCI, Slack, Datadog, and Github.
• Manage documentation and context, including the repo-wide agents.md file, to provide comprehensive guidance and skills for agents.
• Enable engineers by understanding agent struggles and addressing root causes through improved documentation and tooling access; develop tools for non-engineers to make visual updates.
• Serve as an internal "PM" for AI agents, staying current with industry trends in AI productivity and driving their implementation across Hightouch.
