Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in your assigned territory.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of customers’ goals and objectives, and articulate how Elastic's offerings address their needs.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate their value in sales meetings and events.
• Advise the sales team on effective ways of positioning Elastic products, solutions and services.
• Onboard, educate, and enable partners, and support them in sales cycles.
