Responsibilities
- Lead the information architecture, writing, editing, and maintenance of all product documentation for Visualization, Data Platform, and Fleet.
- Develop clear, accurate, and concise reference material for APIs, SDKs, MCAP, and other developer-facing surfaces.
- Own the release-note and changelog process end-to-end, ensuring timely and consistent communication of changes.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to define documentation requirements and produce content that accelerates onboarding.
- Build and evolve writing standards, terminology, and style guidelines for coherence across the ecosystem.
