Responsibilities
- Partner with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements and lead the development of design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms.
- Lead by example and mentor other engineers to produce extensible and maintainable code across products.
- Leverage subject-matter expertise of cross-product features to drive multiple group's project and release plans.
- Hold accountability as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), working on-call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions.
- Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns to improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance.
