Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to our multi-technology codebase across the trading platform, building features end to end.
• Write tested, documented, modular code and take responsibility for features once in production.
• Participate in support rotation starting at 7:30 am Eastern.
• Work directly with clients, PMMs, exchanges, and brokers to answer technical questions and verify specifications.
• Fluently use AI-assisted development tools, like Claude Code, and help set standards for the team in this area.
