Responsibilities

• Define the north-star revenue and monetization metrics across checkout, payments, subscriptions, and pricing, establishing guardrails for conversion, fraud/risk, payment latency, cost-to-serve, and reliability.
• Build and oversee the experimentation program for in-house checkout and subscription systems, defining staged rollouts and methods for causal rigor.
• Hire, mentor, and grow a team of high-impact data scientists, setting the technical direction for experimentation, causal inference, and monetization analytics.
• Lead analytics for international payment method expansion, FX strategy, pricing localization, and reducing involuntary churn.
• Partner with Data Engineering to build durable data infrastructure, creating source-of-truth datasets, establishing SLIs/SLOs, alerting, and proactive monitoring.
