Responsibilities
- Identify user pain points and friction by watching real user sessions and fix them.
- Rapidly prototype interaction alternatives in Figma or code to test different approaches.
- Create, refine, and iterate on UX flows and interaction patterns.
- Work closely with Senior Engineers to perfect the product interface.
- Run lightweight usability tests to validate improvements and build reusable interaction patterns.
