Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Symmetric and customer systems, focusing on ERPs (Workday, Oracle, Infor) and other source systems in healthcare supply chain.
• Transform and join data across customer systems into clean, reliable formats for product and customer use.
• Build internal tooling to automate repetitive implementation, onboarding, and support tasks, reducing time-to-value and operational load.
• Own integration reliability end-to-end, including monitoring, alerting, error handling, and reconciliation for pipelines and services.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices around code quality, testing, and documentation.
