Responsibilities
- Own incrementality measurement across channels, designing and analyzing various tests and quasi-experimental approaches.
- Build a trusted marketing measurement system by defining canonical metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI), ensuring consistency, and aligning Marketing, Finance, and Product.
- Diagnose performance changes, quantify drivers, and recommend concrete actions to turn ambiguity into a clear plan.
- Develop and evolve practical modeling approaches for LTV, retention forecasting, causal uplift, and marketing mix modeling, focusing on real-world applicability.
- Partner with Engineering to improve measurement infrastructure, including event instrumentation, identity resolution, and data quality monitoring.
