Responsibilities

Own and evolve the product strategy for Toast’s configuration platform, focusing on safe change management, multi-unit operator support, and AI-assisted workflows.
Build and maintain a roadmap aligned with business OKRs, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Drive feature development from ideation through launch, including writing clear specifications, collaborating with engineering and design, and measuring success.
Partner with customer-facing and other development teams to gather insights and evangelize product value.
Lead a development team with engineering and design counterparts, providing clear direction, setting priorities, and fostering customer-centricity, innovation, and accountability.
