• Build PointFive's professional services offering from the ground up, defining packaging, delivery methodologies, and scaling with software.
• Translate customer feedback and emerging industry trends in FinOps into actionable feature requests and roadmap influence.
• Partner with sales, account executives, and solutions engineers during the sales cycle to represent professional services.
