Responsibilities
- Act as technical lead for and contribute meaningfully to medium and large projects, building and evolving an internal developer platform with self-service workflows.
- Define and maintain standards, templates, and automation for quick and safe shipping, while meeting reliability, security, and compliance expectations.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to understand friction points, gather requirements, and iterate on platform capabilities.
- Provide observability primitives and opinionated defaults to enable effective service operation with minimal toil.
- Lead resiliency initiatives, implement reliability engineering practices, and implement multi-region capabilities to meet or exceed 99.98% uptime for critical services.
