Responsibilities
- Lead the development of both frontend and backend applications, guiding and mentoring other engineers.
- Architect the development of core systems, including real-time job matching algorithms and autonomous worker vetting pipelines powered by ML and AI agents.
- Design, architect, and build scalable web and mobile applications, distributed systems, and APIs.
- Work closely with product and design teams to create a seamless user experience while maintaining high UI/UX standards.
- Establish and promote best practices for code reusability, performance, and build processes across frontend and backend.
