Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across loan origination and servicing.
- Serve as a Loan IQ Subject Matter Expert supporting core modules and upstream/downstream integrations.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Lead or support testing activities including SIT and UAT, managing defect resolution.
- Provide production support through issue triage, root cause analysis, and coordination with technology teams.
