• Own and direct live-site Critical, Blocker, and high severity incidents from identification through mitigation.
• Improve Incident Platform tooling by optimizing templates and automating repetitive response steps.
• Partner with SRE and engineering teams to deepen knowledge of Box's dependencies and failure modes.
• Lead daily change reviews of planned changes in Jira to minimize risk.
• Turn incident learnings into actionable engineering asks to improve site resiliency and service manageability.
