Responsibilities

• Define the engineering patterns for software deployment into complex government and high-security environments.
• Build and maintain internal CLIs and tools that standardize testing, deployment, and environment management.
• Provide mentorship to and manage the performance of the ARC team members while guiding technical direction.
• Design and implement secure, scalable backend solutions and re-architect stacks for compliant or restrictive environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively participate in customer engagements with government stakeholders.
