- Lead the SW Quality of the Planner Architecture, focusing on building robust fault-tolerance systems.
- Act as a critical technical bridge between the Motion Planning and the Onboard SW Teams to drive reliability.
- Design and develop motion planning software and algorithms for decision making in dynamic traffic scenarios.
- Manage the experimentation pipeline for research and data generation.
