- Own Veza's automation and test engineering roadmap, defining strategy, standards, and best practices across the engineering organization.
- Design, build, and scale test automation frameworks spanning API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing, leveraging AI/ML tools.
- Own and improve Veza's CI/CD pipeline, driving automation from code commit to production release and leading root cause analysis.
- Define and continuously improve Veza's release process, establishing pipeline health metrics and SLAs.
- Mentor engineers across teams, building automation literacy and promoting a strong quality culture organization-wide.
