Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end agentic workflows that automate insurance agency operations.
- Design and ship backend systems, processing pipelines, integrations, and automation infrastructure from scratch.
- Work closely with early customers to understand operational pain points and turn them into reliable technical solutions.
- Integrate with fragmented, outdated, or poorly documented systems across carrier portals, emails, desktop apps, proprietary tools, and legacy workflows.
- Help shape the tech stack, architecture, internal tooling, and engineering processes as the product evolves.
