- Define product strategy and roadmap, identifying workflows where Abridge's clinical data creates a defensible competitive advantage.
- Navigate complex clinical and operational workflows to design product experiences that integrate seamlessly with EHR, billing systems, and payer platforms.
- Drive enterprise partnerships with both providers and payers, translating stakeholder needs into clear product requirements.
- Ship 0→1 products that deliver measurable impact, establishing clear KPIs around administrative efficiency, time savings, and user experience.
- Leverage domain expertise in healthcare data and/or revenue cycle management to understand incentive structures and friction points between payers and providers.
