- Optimize the homegrown recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler and create developer tools for optimization.
- Implement automated guardrails for security and privacy of customer data.
- Enable fast feature shipping through canary deploys, gradual rollouts, and feature flags while managing complexity and reducing downtime.
- Define and implement SLOs and SLIs in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
- Design and implement infrastructure to support an event-driven architecture and data warehouse.
