Responsibilities

Build and ship AI-native insurance applications, internal tools, service workflows, and platform capabilities across the full stack.
Design and implement LLM-powered workflows for claims, underwriting, policy servicing, agent support, customer support, and operational automation.
Write clean, production-quality code in the language the work requires, with comfort across Python, TypeScript, React, or comparable modern frameworks.
Own features end to end from concept through deployment, including APIs, data flows, interfaces, observability, and iteration.
Work closely with product managers, architects, insurance operators, and overseas engineering teams to translate complex workflows into usable software.
