Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-native insurance applications, internal tools, service workflows, and platform capabilities across the full stack.
- Design and implement LLM-powered workflows for claims, underwriting, policy servicing, agent support, customer support, and operational automation.
- Write clean, production-quality code in the language the work requires, with comfort across Python, TypeScript, React, or comparable modern frameworks.
- Own features end to end from concept through deployment, including APIs, data flows, interfaces, observability, and iteration.
- Work closely with product managers, architects, insurance operators, and overseas engineering teams to translate complex workflows into usable software.
