Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code in languages like Java, Python, and Javascript, and build web interfaces in frameworks such as React and Angular.
- Lead technical design reviews across the organization, building repeatable processes and mechanisms to scale design and delivery of software.
- Lead AI guidelines for software development, establishing and refining standards and ensuring responsible use, and identify and implement novel AI applications for efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with business partners to understand and solve their technical challenges, and present sophisticated technical strategies to leadership.
- Extensively mentor software developers up to the Senior SDE level.
