Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom AI solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
• Partner with a high-caliber team across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Actively shape the Engineering and broader company culture, including learning, hiring, and celebration practices.
• Serve as the technical lead for customer projects, which may include automating call centers or building AI content moderation systems.
• Engage with customers (e.g., CTOs) to discuss tradeoffs, progress, and timelines, and participate in prospective customer calls to share technical feasibility.
