Responsibilities

• Design, draft, and update consulting service offerings, enablement content, and educational material.
• Own update-tier fixes and content refreshes for existing courses and labs to keep material current with product evolution.
• Deliver pre-production training sessions and perform content reviews with internal teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Provide Tier-1 support coverage by responding to Customer Care escalations on assigned courses.
• Independently manage assigned projects on schedule, escalating risks and dependencies early.
