Responsibilities
- Develop code that conforms to design, addresses non-functional requirements, and complies with coding standards
- Create detailed Unit Test cases, perform unit and integration testing, and support QA and User Acceptance Testing
- Practice test-driven development, automated testing, and continuous integration
- Actively participate in peer review sessions to evaluate code quality, ensure best practices, and identify defects
- Mentor and support junior developers by offering technical guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions
