Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality, scalable technical solutions across multiple GitHub services, taking pride in maintainable code.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to foster growth and ensure extensible, maintainable code quality.
- Own and advocate for the health and quality of systems, including participating in on-call rotations and incident response.
- Architect and evolve agentic coding systems that orchestrate LLM tool use, planning loops, sandboxed execution, and long-horizon task completion across GitHub.
- Champion responsible AI practices for autonomous coding agents, including prompt-injection defenses, permission scoping, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop review patterns.
