Responsibilities
- Apply strong software development and test automation skills to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve customer-facing software solutions.
- Enable your Scrum team in accepting development and automation frameworks and standard methodologies.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews.
- Collaborate with colleagues on technical implementation and process improvement, and work closely with Architecture, Development, User Experience, and Product Owner to design new features.
- Take personal accountability for delivering strong results, managing multiple tasks, and making decisive decisions.
