Responsibilities

• Ship and own assessment ML systems end-to-end, including building, deploying, and maintaining scoring models/pipelines and ensuring ongoing accuracy.
• Define and operationalize evaluation frameworks for assessments, implementing metrics, test sets, and offline/online analysis.
• Partner deeply with the Assessment Design Lead to co-develop the strategy for growing assessments into a core platform.
• Drive near-term delivery across products by standing up or improving summative assessments and prototyping formative assessment approaches.
• Support data and labeling strategy, helping define data needs for training/evaluation and improving pipelines for label collection and analysis.
