• Co-found and lead an AI hardware/edge runtime startup in partnership with Forum Ventures Studio
• Validate product-market fit, unlock the Ideal Customer Profile, and build the initial product MVP
• Attract, hire, and manage a world-class founding technical and business team
• Design and execute the company's early sales, pipeline generation, and go-to-market strategies
• Drive fundraising efforts for Seed and Series A stages using investor networks and playbooks
