Responsibilities

Own AI-powered patient intake and therapist matching, designing LLM-driven flows for provider recommendations.
Build between-session AI support experiences, creating personalized tools for patient reflection, preparation, and habit building.
Establish evaluation and safety infrastructure by writing evals, building test suites, designing red-teaming protocols, and implementing human-in-the-loop escalation.
Advance outcome measurement beyond traditional metrics to AI-informed measurement.
Partner with Engineering, ML, Data Science, Clinical, and Legal teams to ship AI products in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
