Responsibilities

• Develop scalable infrastructure strategies to ensure high availability, optimize cost, risk, and performance with cloud providers.
• Establish and lead incident management protocols and response plans, coordinating rapid responses, investigating root causes, and preventing recurrence.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics and trends to proactively identify reliability risks, refining SLOs, SLIs, and Error Budgets.
• Oversee regular system evaluations to pinpoint and refine process shortcomings, leading cross-functional projects for system optimization and technical debt minimization.
• Design and deploy automation tools to streamline deployment and operations, continuously enhancing automation scripts and frameworks.
