Director, Product Management - Vehicle Platform

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the strategy for how Samsara defines, collects, and leverages data from customer vehicle fleets globally, including identifying monetization opportunities.
• Drive the Telematics Platform strategy and execution, maintaining high-quality services and APIs used internally and externally.
• Collaborate with OEM Integrations and Partnerships teams to support vehicle system data ingestion, including from OEM cloud APIs.
• Work with the Data Science team to define and provide visibility into diagnostics coverage and quality, using data to guide resource allocation.
• Partner closely with Engineering (firmware and full-stack) to ensure high-quality releases, uptime, and connectivity for the platform and dependent product groups.
