• Set and evangelize a 2–3 year vision for Klaviyo’s Enterprise platform that delivers scalability, flexibility, and enterprise-grade governance while preserving ease of use.
• Translate company goals into clear OKRs and roadmaps that accelerate Enterprise adoption, retention, and ARR growth.
• Deliver capabilities that unify customer data across channels, enable real-time personalization, and support global data governance and compliance.
• Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Security, and Legal to deliver cohesive enterprise experiences.
• Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
